- Pork tenderloin200 g
- (A)Sake2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic2 tsp
- Starch2 tbsp
- Frying oilas needed
- Lettuce2 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Cut pork tenderloin into 0.4-inch wide pieces.
- 1. Add (A) to a bowl and mix.
- 2. Add pork tenderloin, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 3. Coat both sides with starch.
- 4. Pour 2-inch depth of frying oil into a pot, heat to 170℃ (340°F), and add Step 3. Deep-fry for about 4 minutes until pork tenderloin is cooked through, then drain the oil.
- 5. Place the lettuce and Step 4 on a plate and it's ready to serve.

When you carry it, please put an ice pack and store it in a refrigerator or a cool place. If you need to heat something, please make sure to cook it well, let it rest well, and remove excess liquid before packing it in your lunch box.
