Ingredients
1 pizza (used a diameter 9-inch pan)

  • Bread flour
    75 g
  • Cake flour (Pastry flour)
    75 g
  • Milk
    75 ml
  • Sugar
    1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder
    1/4 tsp
  • Salt
    2 three finger pinches
  • Bread flour
    as needed
  • Water
    20 ml
  • Pizza sauce
    3 tbsp
  • Shredded pizza cheeze
    80 g
  • Toppings
  • Cherry tomato
    3
  • Black olives
    10 g
  • Basil
    10 sheets
  • Extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the cherry tomato stem.
  2. 1. Cut cherry tomatoes into 4 equal pieces.
  3. 2. Make the dough. Put the milk in a large heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 30 seconds at 500W.
  4. 3. Add all the ingredients, except the milk, to a bowl and mix well. Add Step 2 and knead well.
  5. 4. When the surface becomes smooth and hardened like an ear lobe, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. 5. Sprinkle flour (plain flour), roll it out with a rolling pin to about 8-inch diameter, and spread water on one side.
  7. 6. Heat a pan over medium heat, place Step 5 side down the part that applied water, cook until golden brown, then flip it over.
  8. 7. Reduce the heat to low, and spread the pizza sauce over the surface. Add shredded pizza cheese and Step 1, cover with a lid, and cook for about 3 minutes until shredded pizza cheese is melted and the dough is cooked through.
  9. 8. Remove from heat, place it on a plate, top with Step 1 and the rest of the topping ingredients, sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Feel free to add toppings you like such as corn or ham to arrange. When baking in the oven, bake at 220°C (430°F) for 15 minutes. The degree of heating may vary depending on the type of microwave oven you are using, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary.
