- Seasoned and steamed chicken breast1 package(s)
- Cucumber1
- Tomato1
- Avocado1
- Boiled egg1
- Black olives25 g
- Mesclun greens20 g
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- (A)Ketchup1 tbsp
- (A)Unsweetened yogurt1 tbsp
- (A)Lemon juice1 tsp
- (A)Sugar1/4 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1/4 tsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
How to make
- 1. Cut the salad chicken into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 2. Remove the cucumber stem and tomato stem and cut them into 0.4-inch cubes. Cut the avocado in half, peel the skin, remove the seed, and cut into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 3. Cut boiled egg into 4 equal wedges and cut in half.
- 4. Mix ingredient (A) and adjust the taste with salt and pepper mix.
- 5. Place mesclun greens on a plate, arrange Step 2 cucumber, Step 2 tomato, Step 1 and 2 avocado, black olive, Step 3 boiled egg in a row, pour over Step 4, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your liking. You can prevent the discoloration of avocado if you sprinkle lemon juice on it. You can substitute your favorite leafy vegetables for mesclun greens.
