How to make
- Prepare. Peel fresh seasonal ginger.
- 1. Chop fresh seasonal ginger.
- 2. Add cooking oil to a pan, add Step 1, and heat over low heat. When the aroma of fresh seasonal ginger starts to appear, reduce the heat to medium, and add the bonito flakes, white roasted sesame seeds, and ingredient (A), then stir it to blend the taste.
