- Chicken breast200 g
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Cabbage200 g
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise1/2 tbsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, add cooking sake, and rub it with hands.
- 3. Add mayonnaise to a pan over medium heat, add Step 1 and Step 2, and stir-fry until the chicken breast is cooked through.
- 4. Add ponzu sauce and stir-fry over medium heat until the flavors are well blended, then remove from the heat.
- 5. Arrange it on a plate, sprinkle it with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
For the saltiness, please adjust the amount of ponzu sauce according to your preference. This time, mayonnaise is used to bring out the richness, but you can substitute your favorite oil such as sesame oil or cooking oil. Cooking sake is used to soften chicken breasts.
