- Chicken breast250 g
- Marinade
- Japanese BBQ sauce (Yakiniku sauce)3 tbsp
- Bell pepper (red or yellow) powder1 tbsp
- Grated ginger1/2 tsp
- Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Water1 tbsp
- Starch40 g
- Frying oilas needed
- Garnish
- Lemonas needed
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- 1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Add Step 1 and the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, rub it in, cover with plastic wrap, and rest for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 3. Add water, rub it well, and coat with starch.
- 4. Pour 2-inch depth of frying oil into a pot, heat to 170℃ (340°F), and add Step 3. Deep-fry for about 5 minutes until chicken breast is cooked through, then drain the oil.
- 5. Serve on a plate with garnishes and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of seasonings to your liking. You can substitute chicken breast with chicken thigh or tender.
