- Burdock root80 g
- Carrot80 g
- Hot wateras needed
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise3 tbsp
- (A)White ground sesame2 tbsp
- (A)Vinegar1 tsp
- (A)Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the carrots and set aside. Wash burdock root well and scrape off the skin.
- 1. Add and mix ingredient (A) in a bowl.
- 2. Shred burdock root and carrots.
- 3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add Step 2, and boil over medium heat for about 2 minutes, when burdock root is cooked through, drain it.
- 4. Put it in Step 1, toss it, and serve it in a bowl.
Tips for cooking
There is salt and soy sauce in Japanese mayonnaise sauce, so no salt is added, but please adjust it as you like. You can use black ground sesame instead of white ground sesame.
