- Red bell pepper (Paprika)1/2
- Yellow bell pepper (Yellow paprika)1/2
- Chicken breast100 g
- (A)Cooking sake1 tbsp
- (A)Salta pinch
- (B)Mustard1 tbsp
- (B)Extra virgin olive oil2 tsp
- (B)Honey1 tsp
- (B)Salt2 three finger pinches
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Mince parsley. Remove the core from red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper.
- 1. Cut red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper into strips.
- 2. Add chicken breast and ingredient (A) into a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for about 2 minutes until heated through, then break it when cooled.
- 3. Add ingredient (B) into the bowl and mix, then add Step 1 and 2 and toss until the flavors are blended.
- 4. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with parsley and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. You can also substitute chicken breast for chicken tender. This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking.
