- Meringue
- Egg whites1

- Egg yolk1
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)1 tbsp
- Baking powder2 g
- Milk2 tsp
- Boiling water1 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Toppings
- Powdered sugar2 tsp
- Whipped cream20 g
- Mintas needed
How to make
- 1. Put an egg yolk in a bowl and beat with a whisk.
- 2. Sift in cake flour (pastry flour) and baking powder and mix well with a whisk. Add milk and mix until blended.
- 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together meringue ingredients with a hand mixer until it forms a peak.
- 4. Take 1/3 of Step 3, add Step 2, and blend with a rubber spatula.
- 5. Add the rest of Step 3 and mix lightly so as not to crush the meringue.
- 6. Add cooking oil to a pan and heat over low heat. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces, place it on a pan, add half of boiling water, and cover with a lid. Bake for about 5 minutes until browned, then flip.
- 7. Add remaining boiling water, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5 minutes until browned, then remove from heat.
- 8. Plate it and sprinkle powdered sugar. Garnish with whipped cream, top with mint, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
You can substitute granulated sugar for sugar. You can make fluffy pancakes by whisking meringue until it forms a firm peak. If the temperature of a pan is high, it will shrink, so please cook it slowly at a low temperature.
