- Salmon (Sake) flakes60 g
- Spinach2
- Walnut20 g
- Pasta100 g
- Hot water1000 ml
- Salt2 tsp
- Salted butter10 g
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)2 tbsp
- (A)Milk200 ml
- (A)Powdered cheese1 tbsp
- Salta pinch
- Black peppera pinch
How to make
- Prepare. Wash the spinach clean.
- 1. Cut the root of the spinach and cut the rest into 1-inch pieces.
- 2. Place the walnuts in a plastic bag and smash it.
- 3. Bring the water to a boil in a pot, add salt, and cook the pasta. Remove the pasta from the water 1 minute earlier than indicated on the pasta and drain off the water.
- 4. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry Step 1.
- 5. Add the salmon (sake) flakes and cake flour (pastry flour) to Step 4 and toss all together.
- 6. Add ingredient (A) and Step 3 to step 5 and simmer over low heat for about 1 minute.
- 7. Season with salt and black pepper, serve on a plate, pour on Step 2 and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Boil it 1 minute earlier than indicated on the package. Adjust the saltiness and spiciness as you like. You can substitute spinach with mushrooms, carrots, or any other vegetables you like.
