- Thin fried tofu (Inarizushi skin)8 sheets
- Rice200 g
- (A)Vinegar1 tbsp
- (A)Salt2 three finger pinches
- Matsumae pickles (Matsumaezuke)100 g
- Ginger10 g
- Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
- Sweet pickled fresh seasonal ginger30 g
How to make
- Prepare. Peel off the ginger skin.
- 1. Grate the ginger.
- 2. Add the rice and ingredient (A) to a bowl, mix in a slicing motion with a rice scoop, and let it cool.
- 3. Add matsumae pickles (matsumaezuke), Step 1, and white roasted sesame seeds, mix, divide into 8 equal parts, and stuff it into thin fried tofu (inarizushi skin).
- 4. Serve it on a plate, garnish with sweet pickled fresh seasonal ginger, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. We didn't use sugar for sushi rice this time, but please add it to your taste if you like.
