  • Tuna flakes marinated in oil
    70 g
  • Eggs
    2
  • Ponzu sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, and stir-fry bean sprouts and tuna flakes marinated in oil.
  2. 2. When the bean sprouts get soft, move them to the edge, and crack an egg into the space. Stir it quickly and stir-fry over medium heat.
  3. 3. When the eggs are cooked, add ponzu sauce and stir-fry until combined, then remove from the heat.
  4. 4. Arrange it on a plate, sprinkle it with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can substitute tuna flakes marinated in oil for tuna flakes boiled in water. You can make it with cooking oil or olive oil instead of sesame oil.
