Ingredients 2 servings
- Pork loin200 g
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- (A)Grated ginger2 tsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)2 tsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Cabbage2 sheets
- Radish sproutsas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the roots of radish sprouts.
- 1. Add ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix together.
- 2. Shred cabbage.
- 3. Cut pork loin into 1-inch pieces, add them to a bowl, add salt and pepper mix and Step 1, and mix together.
- 4. Heat the Japanese mayonnaise in a pan over medium heat, add Step 3, and stir-fry.
- 5. Once cooked, place it on a plate, garnish with Step 2, and top with radish sprouts.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Please adjust the amount of ginger to your liking. When you stir-fry the pork loins, try to stir-fry lightly with medium heat to high heat, so that the texture becomes softer.
