Ingredients 2 servings
- Eggs3
- Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1 tsp
- Oyster sauce1/2 tsp
- String cheese2
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Toppings
- Kimchi50 g
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Divide string cheese into 4 equal parts.
- 2. Add eggs, oyster sauce, and chicken soup stock mixture to a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Pour 1/3 of the cooking oil mixture into a medium-heated Japanese tamagoyaki omelet pan, and spread it with a paper towel.
- 4. Pour 1/3 of the Step 2 mixture into the pan, place Step 1 on the back of the pan, roll up the egg, and cook over medium heat.
- 5. Cook the remaining Step 2 in the same way 2 times over again, and remove from the heat when it is cooked through.
- 6. Transfer to a plate, place the topping ingredients, and it is ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of chicken soup stock powder as you like. If you cook the inside thoroughly, the cheese will become melty.
