- Chinese chive30 g
- Japanese leek30 g
- Soy sauce100 ml
- Water100 ml
- Sugar3 tbsp
- Roasted white sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Grated garlic1 tsp
- Sliced Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Mince the onion, Chinese chive, and Japanese leek.
- 2. Put the eggs in a pot of boiling water, boil over medium heat for about 6 minutes, and drain. Cool in a bowl filled with water, peel off the shell, and drain.
- 3. Add Step 1 and the remaining marinade ingredients to the bowl, and mix well.
- 4. Add the ingredients from Step 2 and Step 3 into a zippered storage bag, and let the flavors blend well. Close the mouth and marinate in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
- 5. Arrange it on a bowl and it's ready to serve.
