- Konjac (Konnyaku)220 g
- (A)Miso2 tbsp
- (A)Sugar2 tbsp
- (A)Cooking sake1 tbsp
- (A)Vinegar1.5 tbsp
- Japanese mustard paste1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Heat cooking sake, let the alcohol evaporate, and rest it.
- 1. Cut konjac into bite-size pieces.
- 2. Boil water in a pot and boil konjac.
- 3. In a bowl, mix together ingredient (A) and Japanese mustard paste.
- 4. Place konjac in a bowl, pour over Step 3 and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can cut konjac into any size or shape you like. Even when you use a konjac with the scum removed, please boil it and heat it. After boiling, drain the water well before use. You can also eat vinegared miso deliciously without Japanese mustard.
