- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Ground pork80 g
- Chinese chive30 g
- Eggplant1/2
- Sweet chili sauce2 tbsp
- Sake1 tbsp
- Grated ginger1 tsp
- Nam pla fish sauce1 tsp
- Salta pinch
- Black peppera pinch
- Sesame oil2 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut Chinese chives into 2-inch sized pieces in length. Remove the calyx of eggplant and chop into 0.8-inch sized pieces.
- 2. Add sesame oil and grated ginger in a pan, and heat over low heat. When you start to smell the aroma, add ground pork and stir fry over medium heat until it changes color.
- 3. Add the ingredients from Step 1, salt and black pepper, and stir fry further. When the eggplants has softened, add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and cooking sake, then stir-fry over medium heat.
- 4. Once the noodles has loosened, add sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, and mix well. Once the moisture has evaporated, serve in a plate. Finish up by pouring over some sesame oil and it is done!
Tips for cooking
Stir fry sweet chili sauce quickly so that the moisture evaporates without burning. Please change the ingredients as you like for arrangements.
