How to make

  1. Prepare. Mince parsley.
  2. 1. Remove the tendon and chop the chicken.
  3. 2. Mince the onions.
  4. 3. Cut tomatoes in half, remoce the calyx and dice them into 0.8-inch sizes.
  5. 4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk and shredded pizza cheese and mix well.
  6. 5. Now we will make chicken rice. Put cooking oil in a heated pan over medium heat, add the chicken from Step 1 and stir-fry until the color changes.
  7. 6. Add the onions from Step 2, stir-fry over medium heat until the onions become transparent. Add the rice and ingredient (A), stir-fry until everything is mixed well, then remove from heat.
  8. 7. On to the tomato sauce. Place cooking oil in another pan over medium heat, add the tomatoes from Step 3 and lightly stir-fry. Add ingredient (B), bring to a boil, and remove from the heat.
  9. 8. Now we will cook the eggs. Put salted butter into another pan over medium heat, add the egg mixture from Step 4, stir it in in a big motion with a wooden spatula. Once it's half cooked, remove from the heat.
  10. 9. Place the chicken rice from Step 6 on a plate, place the thin omelet from Step 8 on top, and pour the tomato sauce made in Step 7 on top. Sprinkle some parsley and it is done!

Tips for cooking

This time we used a non-stick frying pan. You can adjust the amount of seasonings to your liking. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
