Ingredients 1 serving
- Rice200 g
- Ground chicken80 g
- Onion50 g
- Beaten eggs1
- Water40 ml
- (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)40 ml
- (A)Sugar1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Thin-slice the onions.
- 2. Add water and ingredient (A) to a pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the onions from Step 1 and ground chicken, then simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the ground chicken is cooked through.
- 3. Pour in beaten eggs in a circular motion, heat over medium heat for about 1 minute until the egg is half-cooked, then remove from the heat.
- 4. Put the rice in a bowl, put the chicken and egg mix made in Step 3 on top and it's done!
Tips for cooking
For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
