How to make
- 1. Remove the core and seeds of the bell peppers, then cut into 0.4-inch sized cubes.
- 2. Mince the onions.
- 3. For the chicken thighs, remove excess fat and cut them into 0.8-inch size cubes.
- 4. Put butter in a pan and cook the chicken from Step 3 over medium heat.
- 5. When the chiken is cooked, mix in the bell peppers and onions from Step 1 and 2, stir-fry over medium heat. Once the onions become wilted, add in the rice.
- 6. Once the ingredients are evenly mixed, push it over to the side of the pan. Put ketchup in the open space and bring it to a boil, then mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- 7. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
- 8. Put the beaten eggs and salt and pepper mix in a bowl and mix them well.
- 9. Put the food from Step 7 into a heat-proof dish (one that has medium depth), pour the egg mix from Step 8 over, and cook it in the toaster oven for 10 minutes.
- 10. Once the surface turns into a nice brown color, sprinkle some parsley and it is ready!
Tips for cooking
The degree of cooking depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it was baked at 1000 W 220°C (428°F). When putting ketchup in the frying pan, putting other ingredients on the side and stiring ketchup on it's own will allow it to become milder in taste and will release more aroma.
