- Salad
- Watercress30 g
- Cottage cheese30 g
- Olive oil2 tsp
- Salta pinch
- Black peppera pinch

- Thin-sliced long bacon2 sheets

How to make
- 1. Cut watercress into 2-inch wide pieces.
- 2. Add Step 1 and the rest of the salad ingredients to a bowl and toss lightly.
- 3. Add pancake ingredients to another bowl and mix well.
- 4. Heat salted butter in a pan over medium heat, spread it thinly with paper towel, add 1/6 of Step 3 and cook. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip and continue to cook. When the inside is cooked and browned on both sides, remove from heat. Cook 5 pieces in the same way.
- 5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add tomato and thin-sliced long bacon and cook for about 3 minutes. When both sides are browned, remove from heat.
- 6. Arrange Step 2 on a plate, top it with Step 4 and 5 and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of milk to your liking. Please be careful with the heat condition to avoid burning. You can substitute mesclun greens or similar vegetables for watercress.
