- Chicken breast100 g
- Cooking sake2 tsp
- Radish sprouts40 g
- Japanese ginger (Myoga)1
- (A)Whole grain mustard1 tbsp
- (A)Extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp
- (A)Salt2 three finger pinches
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the radish sprouts root. Remove the chicken breast skin.
- 1. Add chicken breast and cooking sake to a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 2 minutes at 500W until chicken breast is cooked through.
- 2. Let it cool down and break it up with your hands.
- 3. Cut radish sprouts in half. Slice Japanese ginger (myoga) thinly.
- 4. Add Step 2, 3, and ingredient (A) in a bowl and toss to blend the flavors entirely.
- 5. Serve on a plate and it's ready to serve.
