- Cabbage150 g
- Japanese yam (Nagaimo)150 g
- Eggs1
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1/2 tsp
- Salad oil2 tsp

How to make
- Prepare. Peel Japanese yam (nagaimo) and set aside.
- 1. Grate nagaimo.
- 2. Shred cabbage.
- 3. In a bowl, mix Step 1, an egg, and Japanese style granulated soup stock, then add Step 2 and lightly mix.
- 4. Heat cooking oil in a pan heated over medium heat, then pour in Step 3. Once browned, flip over, cover with a lid, and cook for about 3 minutes.
- 5. Once cooked through, remove from the heat. Arrange it on a plate, top with toppings, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of Japanese style granulated soup stock to your taste. This time, we used a pan with a diameter of 10-inch.
