- Lettuce70 g
- Frill lettuce50 g
- Leek Sauce (Negi-Dare)
- Japanese leek10 cm
- (A)Sesame oil2 tbsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1/2 tsp
- (A)Soy sauce1/2 tsp
- (A)Black pepper2 three finger pinches
How to make
- 1. Tear the lettuce and frill lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Coarsely chop Japanese leek.
- 3. Cut the salad chicken into 0.4-inch thicknesses.
- 4. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix well. Add Step 2 and continue to mix.
- 5. Arrange Step 1 on a plate, top it with Step 3, pour over Step 4, and it's ready to serve.
