- Eggs3
- Imitation crab4
- Young green onion (Konegi)1
- (A)Soy sauce1/2 tsp
- (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock1/2 tsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the roots of young green onion (konegi).
- 1. Break imitation crab with your hands. Chop konegi.
- 2. Add eggs, Step 1 and ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Add cooking oil and spread it thinly in a heated pan over medium heat. Add 1/3 of Step 2, spread it, roll from the back to the front, and return to the back. Repeat the process 2 times, and remove from the heat when everything is cooked through.
- 4. When it cools down, cut it into pieces, place it on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
