Ingredients 1 serving
- Rice200 g
- Sushi vinegar (vinegar used for sushi rice)2 tbsp
- Cucumber1
- Salmon (Sake) flakes2 tbsp
- Roasted white sesame seeds1.5 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut off the stem of the cucumber and cut it into 0.2-inch cubes.
- 2. Add rice and sushi vinegar to a bowl and mix in a slicing motion.
- 3. Add Step 1 and sake flakes and mix further.
- 4. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with white roasted sesame seeds and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Sushi vinegar and salmon (sake) flakes are well-salted, so we didn't season them. Please adjust the seasoning by adding salt to your taste.
