- Yagen cartilage200 g
- Salt and pepper mix1/3 tsp
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper (powder)as needed
How to make
- 1. Thread yagen cartilages in bamboo skewers and shake salt and pepper mix.
- 2. Place cooking oil on a pan, arrange Step 1, and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until browned on both sides, then remove from heat when thoroughly cooked.
- 3. Serve on a plate, serve with cayenne pepper (powder), and it's ready.
