- Water400 ml
- Lettuce2 sheets
- Wakame seaweed2 g
- Wateras needed
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Rehydrate wakame seaweed with water as written on the package. Tear the lettuce with your hands.
- 2. Drain the wakame seaweed.
- 3. Heat water in a pot over medium heat. Bring it to a boil, then add the lettuce and the wakame seaweed.
- 4. Bring it to a boil, add Japanese style granulated soup stock, dissolve the miso, and remove it from the heat.
- 5. Serve in bowls and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
It is lightly seasoned. Please adjust the amount of miso and Japanese-style granulated soup stock to your taste. Please add miso at the end because the aroma will be gone after boiled.
