- Rice350 g
- Salmon (Sake) flakes30 g
- Green onion30 g
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Add rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl, and mix until the taste is blended entirely.
- 2. Add salmon flakes and green onion, mix well, and divide the rice into 4 equal parts.
- 3. Wrap each 1/4 in plastic wrap and mold into a triangle shape.
- 4. Remove the plastic wrap, place it on a plate, and serve.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of seasonings to your taste. Different types of salmon flakes have different flavors and depth of taste. Please use it to your preference.
