- Grilled Salmon (Sake)
- Salted sake1/2 slice(s)
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Sake2 tbsp
- Green shiso leaves2 sheets
- Processed cheese30 g
- Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
- Soy sauce1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stem of green shiso leaves.
- 1. Slice green shiso leaves thinly.
- 2. Cut processed cheese into 0.8 inch cubes.
- 3. Coat pan with sesame oil, heat over medium heat, add salmon (sake), and cook.
- 4. Add cooking sake, cover, and steam cook. Once cooked, remove from heat.
- 5. Remove skin and bones and break the flesh.
- 6. Mix rice, Step 1, white roasted sesame seeds, Step 2, Step 5, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- 7. Put it in a rice bowl and it's ready to serve.
