How to make
- 1. Crack the egg into a bowl, beat with a whisk, add adjusted soy milk and sugar, and mix well.
- 2. Pour the mixture into a tray, and add white bread, flip a little, and soak in for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Add cooking oil to the heated pan over low heat, and cook Step 2. Cook for about 8 minutes until both sides are browned and cooked through.
- 4. Place it on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup. Garnish with chervil, and it's ready to serve.
