- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Shrimp70 g
- Chinese chive30 g
- Garlic1
- (A)Sake1/2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1/2 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1/2 tbsp
- (A)Oyster sauce1/2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
How to make
- 1. Peel prawns, remove back veins and wash.
- 2. Cut off the root of Chinese chives and cut into 1-inch wide pieces. Slice a garlic thinly.
- 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and garlic, and stir-fry. Add prawns and continue to stir-fry.
- 4. Add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) to Step 3 while loosening the noodles. Add (A) and Chinese chives, and mix well while stir-frying. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Plate it and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your taste. Yakisoba noodles can be heated in a microwave in advance to make them easier to loosen.
