- Sandwich bread1 sheets
- Sliced cheese2 sheets

- Salted butter10 g
- Powdered sugar1 tsp
- Maple syrup1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Make a cut in the middle of white bread and fold the sliced cheese in half.
- 2. Place the appareil ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and transfer to a tray.
- 3. Soak Step 1 and let it absorb the apareil on both sides, cover with plastic wrap and leave in a refrigerator for about 10 minutes to soak in more thoroughly.
- 4. Place salted butter in a pan heated over medium heat and when the butter melts, add Step 3 and cook.
- 5. Once browned, flip it over, cover with a lid, and steam cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes. When the cheese inside melts, remove it from the heat.
- 6. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and maple syrup, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the sweetness by the amount of sugar or maple syrup. You can also use your favorite cheese, such as cheddar cheese.
