- Rice180 g
- Quail eggs boiled in water6
- (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)2 tbsp
- (A)Grated ginger1 tsp
- (A)Curry powder1/3 tsp
- Nori seaweed1 sheets
- Green shiso leaves3 sheets
How to make
- 1. Cut off the stems of the green shiso leaves and cut them in half.
- 2. Mix (A) in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 40 seconds at 600 W.
- 3. Place quail eggs boiled in water into a zippered storage bag while it's warm. Let it cool and leave it in a refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- 4. Cut nori seaweed into 0.4-inch pieces.
- 5. Place 1/6 of the rice and the drained Step 3 on a plastic wrap and shape it into a bale shape. Make 5 pieces in the same way.
- 6. Top with green shiso leaves, roll with nori seaweed, place them on a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. Please arrange the shape of onigiri as you like. You can omit the green shiso leaves if you like.
