Ingredients 2 rice balls
- Rice300 g
- Yellow pickled daikon radish50 g
- (A)Sesame oil1 tsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1/2 tsp
- (A)Cayenne pepper (powder)2 three finger pinches
- (A)Salt1 three finger pinch
- Korean seaweed2 sheets
How to make
- 1. Roughly chop the pickled daikon radish (takuan).
- 2. Add rice, Step 1, (A) into a bowl and mix. Divide it into 2 equal parts, wrap it with plastic wrap, and use your hands to press and form a triangle shape.
- 3. Remove the plastic wrap, wrap it with Korean seaweed, place it on a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. If you add too much sesame oil, it will be hard to squeeze and put together, so please be careful.
