- Ketchup2 tsp

How to make
- Prepare. Peel the ginger and set aside.
- 1. Coarsely chop the onion, yellow bell pepper, garlic, ginger, and curry roux.
- 2. Add Step 1, ingredient (A), ground chicken and ketchup to a heat-resistant bowl and mix together.
- 3. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600 W for 4 minutes and 30 seconds until ground chicken is cooked through.
- 4. Place the rice and Step 3 on a plate covered with green leaves, top with toppings, and it's ready to serve.
