- Pork belly200 g
- Cabbage200 g
- Water600 ml
- Cooking sake50 ml
- Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1 tsp
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Shred cabbage.
- 2. Add water, cooking sake, and chicken soup stock powder in a pot over medium heat.
- 3. When it comes to a boil, add Step 1 and heat over medium heat. When it comes to a boil again, reduce the heat to low, then add pork belly one by one and cook.
- 4. When it's cooked through, it's ready. Dip it in ponzu sauce and enjoy.
