  • Cooking sake
    50 ml
  • Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1 tsp
  • Ponzu sauce
    2 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Shred cabbage.
  2. 2. Add water, cooking sake, and chicken soup stock powder in a pot over medium heat.
  3. 3. When it comes to a boil, add Step 1 and heat over medium heat. When it comes to a boil again, reduce the heat to low, then add pork belly one by one and cook.
  4. 4. When it's cooked through, it's ready. Dip it in ponzu sauce and enjoy.
