How to make
- Prepare. Peel the potatoes and remove the potato-eyes.
- 1. Thinly slice the onion.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a heat-resistant bowl, cover it loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave it for about 4 minutes at 600W.
- 3. When the potatoes are cooked through, roughly mash them with the back of a fork while they are still warm. Add Step 1, salt, and tuna flakes marinated in oil, and mix each time.
- 4. When all the flavors have blended together, serve it in a bowl and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. The heating level may vary depending on the type of microwave oven you are using, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary until heated through. If you are concerned about the pungency of the onion, soak it in water for about 5 minutes to drain before use.
