- Udon1 head(s)
- Pork belly80 g
- Kimchi60 g
- (A)Whipping cream (Heavy cream)2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce2 tsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tsp
- (A)Salta pinch
- Salad oil2 tsp
- Chili threadsas needed
How to make
- 1. Add frozen udon noodles to a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and thaw according to the instructions on the package.
- 2. Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Place cooking oil in the heated pan over medium heat, add Step 2, and stir-fry.
- 4. When pork belly is cooked through, add kimchi and (A) and heat over medium heat.
- 5. Add Step 1 and continue to stir-fry over medium heat. Remove from the heat when the flavors have blended well.
- 6. Serve on a plate, top with chili threads, and it's ready to serve.
