- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Pork belly50 g
- Chinese chive50 g
- Bean sprouts50 g
- Onion1/4
- Red bell pepper (Paprika)30 g
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Seasoning
- Japanese worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Grated garlic1 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut Chinese chives into 1-inch pieces and the red bell pepper into 0.2-inch pieces. Cut onion into 0.2-inch pieces.
- 2. Cut pork belly into 1-inch pieces.
- 3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan heated over medium heat and stir-fry Step 2.
- 4. Add red bell pepper and onion from Step 1 and stir-fry. Add stir fry noodles (yakisoba), cooking sake, bean sprouts, and Chinese chives from Step 1 and stir-fry.
- 5. Once noodles have loosened and cooked through, add seasonings. Once the flavors have blended well, turn off the heat and serve on a plate, and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
You can cook with any parts of the pork as you like.
