- Pork shoulder100 g
- Firm tofu200 g
- Green shiso leaves8 sheets
- Salt2 three finger pinches
- トマトソース
- Tomato80 g
- Garlic1
- Extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stems of the green shiso leaves. Remove the stems from the tomatoes.
- 1. Cut tomatoes into 0.4-inch cubes. Chop garlic.
- 2. Cut firm tofu into 8 equal pieces.
- 3. Place green shiso leaves and Step 2 on pork loin, and roll up.
- 4. Place the roll-end face down in a heat-resistant container, sprinkle with salt, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave with 600W for 5 minutes until the pork shoulder is cooked thoroughly.
- 5. In a bowl, add and mix Step 1 and the remaining tomato sauce ingredients.
- 6. Arrange Step 4 on a plate, pour Step 5 on top, sprinkle with young green onion (Konegi), and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
You can also make pork loin deliciously by substituting your favorite pork parts such as pork ham or pork belly. You can also enjoy by substituting cherry tomatoes for tomatoes. Please be careful not to consume too much raw garlic. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients.
