- Batter
- Soy pulp (Okara)200 g
- Water200 ml
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)80 g
- Beaten eggs1
- Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock2 tsp
- Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Salt and pepper mix1/3 tsp
- Shrimp150 g
- Onion50 g
- Salted butter20 g
- Shredded pizza cheeze50 g
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the back cotton from the shrimp.
- 1. Coarsely chop the onion.
- 2. Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl, add Step 1 and shrimp, and mix them together.
- 3. Melt the salted butter in a medium heated pan and spread Step 2, cook for about 5 minutes, then turn it over when it browns nicely.
- 4. Continue to cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle it with shredded pizza cheese and cover it with a lid.
- 5. Cook it over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then remove from the heat when the cheese melts.
- 6. Serve it on a plate, sprinkle it with some parsley, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Please use the shrimp of your choice. Please add ketchup to enjoy if you like.
