  • (A)Milk
    300 ml
  • (A)Eggs

  • Honey

  • Whipping cream (Heavy cream)
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the seeds and guts of Japanese squash. Cut the baguette to a thickness of 2-inch.
  2. 1. Peel the skin of Japanese squash and slice to about 0.4-inch thinness. Place the squash into a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 3 minutes at 600W until cooked through, and mash to form a paste.
  3. 2. When Step 1 has cooled, add ingredient (A), mix well, and replace it with a tray.
  4. 3. Soak the baguette in Step 2 and let it soak in thoroughly for 20~30 minutes while flipping sometimes.

Tips for cooking

When using honey as a topping, please be careful not to allow children under the age of Step 1 (infants and toddlers) to consume it. You can substitute white bread for a baguette. It is still delicious to substitute milk for soy milk. When soaking bread in Step 3, it is possible to shorten the time, but it is nicer to soak it thoroughly.
