- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- (A)bonito flakes2 g
- (A)Soy sauce1 tsp
- Nori seaweedas needed
How to make
- 1. Cut off the core of the cabbage and tear it into bite-sized pieces with your hands.
- 2. Add Step 1 and salt in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W. Drain and let cool.
- 3. Add Step 2 and ingredient (A) in a bowl and toss well.
- 4. Serve on a plate, sprinkle nori seaweed, and it's ready to serve.
