- Daikon radish leaves120 g
- Dried whitebait40 g
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1 tbsp
- (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- (A)bonito flakes2 g
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut daikon radish leaves into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
- 2. Add sesame oil to the heated pan over medium heat and stir-fry Step 1.
- 3. When it's softened, add dried whitebait and continue to stir-fry over medium heat.
- 4. When dried whitebait becomes crispy, add ingredient (A) and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 5. When the liquid is gone, remove it from heat. Transfer to a serving bowl and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
When you add it to a lunch box, be sure to cook it well and let it cool before packing it in the lunch box. Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
