Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can use cooking sake to give them a good flavor while entangling noodles. If you don't have cooking sake, you can use water instead. *For the sausage, mini sausages are closer in looks to the Japanese sausages, but the wiener sausages are closer in taste. You can purchase Japanese sausages in Japanese supermarkets or online.
