- 1. Mince onion.

- 4. Add canned diced tomatoes and ingredient (A) and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 5. Make béchamel sauce (Japanese white sauce). Heat salted butter and cake flour (pastry flour) in a separate pan over low heat and stir-fry until it comes together.
- 6. Add milk little by little while mixing each time with low heat, until it thickens, then add ingredient (B) and once the flavors have been absorbed, remove from the heat.

- 8. Add 1/5 of each Step 4 and 6 in a heat-resistant container in the order, then layer Step 7. Repeat the process for the rest, then top with shredded pizza cheese.
- 9. Add in a toaster oven and bake for about 5 minutes until shredded pizza cheese is golden brown, sprinkle with parsley, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
The cooking degree depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it's baked at 1000W 250°C (480°F). If you boil the milk, it may separate, so please be careful with the heat level. Use the time indicated on the package as a guide for the boiling time.
