- Teriyaki Sauce
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)100 ml
- Sake50 ml
- Soy sauce50 ml
- Chicken thigh1 sheets
- Carrot20 g
- Yellow bell pepper (Yellow paprika)1/4
- Green beans3
- Broccoli sproutsas needed
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Rice250 g
How to make
- 1. Cut yellow bell pepper into 0.4-inch pieces, carrot into bite-sized pieces, and green beans in half.
- 2. Add cooking oil to a pan, heat over medium heat, add Step 1, and cook until lightly browned, then remove.
- 3. Place chicken thigh skin side down and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes. Flip it over, cook for about 3 minutes, and remove it.
- 4. Heat the teriyaki sauce over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add Step 2 and 3 and boil down. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
- 5. Serve rice in a bowl, top with Step 4 and broccoli sprouts, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please feel free to substitute vegetables for garnish. The taste may vary depending on the soy sauce, so please adjust according to your preference.
