- Rice200 g
- Loin ham80 g
- Cream cheese30 g
- (A)Dried basil1/4 tsp
- (A)Salt1 three finger pinch
- Olive oil2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut the loin ham into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 2. Cut the cream cheese into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 3. Put the rice, Step 1, 2, and ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix it together. Divide it into 2 equal parts, wrap each in a plastic wrap, and grip it into a triangle shape.
- 4. Heat a pan over medium heat, add olive oil, and grill Step 3. Cook it doe about 3 minutes until browned on both sides, then remove them from the heat.
- 5. Transfer it to a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. The flavor will change, but you can substitute olive oil with cooking oil.
