- Cold water60 ml
- Tempura flour50 g
- Curry powder1 tsp
- Frying oilas needed
- Salt1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut off the stem of zucchini and cut into 0.4-inch pieces.
- 2. Add tempura flour, curry powder, and cold water into a bowl, lightly mix, then coat Step 1.
- 3. Pour 1-inch depth of oil into a pan, heat to 180℃ (338°F), and add Step 2. Deep-fry for about 1 minute until the batter gets crispy, then drain off the oil.
- 4. Arrange it on a plate, set salt on the side, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of curry powder to your taste. You can try curry powder with other spices such as allspice. *You must be of legal drinking age
